An off-duty J&K police head constable, Ghulam Mohammed Dar, was shot and killed by terrorists near his home in Kashmir's Baramulla district. Dar, who leaves behind his wife and seven daughters, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Security forces are conducting a manhunt for the terrorists.
